General Terms of Use

This English translation is provided for convenience. The French version is the only legally binding one.

Updated on 25 October 2026

These terms are written and reviewed by the person who publishes the site, and describe how bilandefi.fr actually works; when the site changes, they change, and the date of the latest version appears at the top of the page. The publisher is identified in the legal notice. A question, a disagreement: contact@bilandefi.fr. Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms; creating an account constitutes express acceptance.

1. The service

Bilan DeFi reconstructs, from public blockchain data, data providers and, if you connect them, your exchange platforms, an estimate of your positions, gains, yields, fees and losses, and of their tax treatment, for the addresses you specify. The service is read-only : it holds none of your funds, signs no transaction, never asks for a private key or recovery phrase, and accepts only read-only API keys from platforms.

2. Our commitments

  • Your data is not sold, rented or used for advertising. No advertising or audience measurement cookies.
  • The overview is not archived : calculated on demand, kept in memory for at most 45 minutes, never written to disk.
  • Your IP is never stored in plain text. The only link between an IP (in fingerprint form) and a wallet address written to the database is the one for the welcome offer, deleted after 30 days. The details, processing by processing, are on what we do with your data.
  • Everything can be erased in one click : “Delete my data”, in your account area, erases the account, the addresses, the platforms and their keys, the tax returns, the linked reports: with no archive (your answers to the points to settle are kept only in your browser). Only the accounting records of a payment or of a bonus paid remain, which the law requires to be kept for 10 years.
  • Every change to these terms is dated at the top of this page and flagged in your account area for 30 days.

3. Not advice

The figures displayed are automatic estimates, which may be incomplete or wrong (source unavailable, protocol not recognised, missing price). Market rates, the “best opportunities right now”, risk ratings and projections are general information, without guarantee: they constitute neither tax advice, nor investment advice, nor a recommendation tailored to your situation. Check your tax returns with a qualified professional; you remain solely responsible for your decisions and your tax returns.

4. Account and use

An overview can be run without an account. An account can be opened with Google, with an email address and a password, or by connecting a wallet; it stores your addresses and your connected platforms, and the nickname you may have chosen. You undertake to analyse only addresses and accounts that you hold or for which you are authorised, and not to disrupt the service (abusive automation, circumventing limits). The number of analyses may be capped, per hour and per day.

You must be at least 15 years old to open an account on your own; below that age, the consent of a holder of parental authority is required. Running an overview without an account and reading the guides require no minimum age.

5. Welcome offer

  • Amount : €10 in EURC (Circle's euro stablecoin: 1 EURC = €1) and €5 in ETH (ether, to pay transaction fees), paid on the Base network to the address of the connected crypto wallet, reserved for the first 10 wallets connected to Bilan DeFi whose request is accepted. The €5 of ETH is converted at the rate on the day of payment; its value in euros then follows the ETH price, up or down.
  • Age : the offer is reserved for adults (aged 18 or over), on a declaration made when claiming it. The wallets and platforms it directs you to are also reserved for adults. A false declaration results in the request being refused, or a pending request being cancelled.
  • Conditions : an email or Google account; a crypto wallet connected from your account area (not a pasted address), on an Ethereum-compatible network; only once per person, per account, per address and per household.
  • Verification : each request is reviewed manually by the publisher. The following are refused in particular: connections from a server, a cloud or a VPN, a second request from the same internet connection (a household), an address already paid, and any indication of multiple registrations by the same person or the same household.
  • Deadline : payment within 24 hours of approval. The payment is a blockchain transaction and is irreversible: check the connected address.
  • Duration : the offer may be suspended or ended at any time, in particular if its budget is exhausted; requests already approved are then honoured.
  • 7-day challenge : 50 EURC to the first account, 25 EURC to the second, 10 EURC to the third (Circle's euro stablecoin: 1 EURC = €1), for accounts (connected crypto wallet or email address) that sign in to the site seven days in a row ; a day counts at the first signed-in visit, Paris time; a missed day resets the streak to zero. Rankings follow the order of reaching the seventh day. Paid in EURC on the Base network to the address of the account's wallet, manually, within 24 hours of verification (same refusals as above: server, VPN, multiple accounts); reserved for those aged 18 or over; only one reward per person. Only days from 3 2026 October (launch of the challenge) count; the site owner does not take part. The challenge ends when all three prizes have been awarded; the date of the first is then displayed in the overview.
  • Taxation : the bonus received, and any subsequent sale for euros, may have tax consequences for you; the steps for selling for euros reminds you of this.

6. Paid offers

The service is free at present. If paid offers are made available, their prices and content are stated on the Pricing page at the time of subscription and payment is due on ordering. Support services are subject to a separate quote.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of inaccurate data, the unavailability of a source or a platform, an interruption of the service or a decision taken on the basis of the information displayed.

8. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a disagreement, please first write to us at contact@bilandefi.fr : we will seek an amicable solution.

If your written complaint is unsuccessful, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator we are affiliated with: CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, the consumer mediation centre), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, cm2c.net.
